Dom Whisky Brand Ambassador (Poland)

Dom Whisky Brand Ambassador is a full-time position and require frequent regional travel across whole Poland. This position is dedicated to gaining traction for the brand through brand building activation, trade advocacy and supporting our commercial goals. The role will serve to increase brand awareness, drive menu/feature, and display execution, placements/points of distribution, lead staff trainings, support sales teams and increase imported brands penetration in a targeted account universe.

Your responsibilities

  • Serve as the face of a premium spirits brands
  • Plan and host brand relevant events and activations (whisky festivals, tastings, staff trainings etc.)
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales team to drive sales, plan activations, and KPI delivery
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders: bartenders, consumers, influencers, local events and key customers
  • Serve as a market expert identifying opportunities and expanding the presence of a premium spirits portfolio with knowledge of commercial, cultural and competitive trends in the marketplace

Our requirements

  • Working knowledge of the spirits industry and passion particularly in whisky segment
  • Strong communication skills and excellent presentation skills; ability to capture an audience and retain key product information
  • Strong initiative, self-starter with good planning and coordinating skills
  • Result and quality-oriented person with good selling skills
  • Fluency in English and driving license B is a must.
  • Willing to travel when needed/requested (nontraditional days/hours)
  • Brand Ambassador, sales in on-premise or bartending background is preferred
