General information

This website privacy and cookies policy, hereinafter referred to as the Website, sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data and the use of cookies in connection with the use of the Website by Users.

Definitions

For the purposes of this privacy policy, the following terms have the following meanings:

  1. Administrator – Znajdepracownika Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Kobyłka 05-230, ul. Wesoła 112 REGON 3694254, NIP: 125-16-67-794, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000717488. Share capital in the amount of PLN 5,000, paid in whole.

  2. Website – website available at znajdepracownika.pl

  3. User – any entity that views the content of the Website.

  4. GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC

Personal data

  1. The administrator of the User’s personal data within the meaning of the GDPR is the Administrator.

    The User may provide his or her personal data to the Administrator using the contact form available on the Website.

  2. The legal basis for the processing of Users’ personal data is the User’s voluntary, specific, informed and unambiguous consent expressed using the appropriate form on the Website.

  3. Personal data may also be processed in cases where the Administrator is authorized to process personal data on the basis of legal provisions or in order to implement the contract concluded between the parties.

  4. Personal data provided to the Administrator by the User as part of the contact form are processed in order to respond to the inquiry sent via the form. Providing personal data by the User is voluntary, but necessary for the User to receive a response. Data processing for this purpose takes place on the basis of the legitimate interest pursued by the administrator (Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). These data will be processed until the correspondence is completed and 3 years after its completion.

  5. The administrator guarantees the confidentiality of all personal data provided to him.

  6. Personal data is collected with due care and adequately protected against access by unauthorized persons, and their processing takes place in accordance with and under the conditions specified in detail in:

User rights

  1. The user has rights related to the processing of his personal data, including:

    • the right to access data
    • the right to correct your data
    • the right to restrict data processing
    • the right to object to data processing
    • the right to delete data (the so-called right to be forgotten)
    • the right to transfer data
    • the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in connection with the processing of personal data by the Administrator

    The User has the right to withdraw his/her consent at any time if the User has previously given such consent.

Information collected

  1. When the User uses the Website, data regarding the User is automatically collected. This data includes, among others: IP address, domain name, browser type, operating system type. This data may be collected by cookies (so-called cookies) and may also be saved in server logs.

  2. Cookies are files sent to the User’s computer or other device (e.g. laptop, smartphone, tablet) while browsing the Website. Cookies remember the User’s preferences, which enables improving the quality of services provided, improving search results and the accuracy of the displayed information, and anonymously tracking the User’s preferences.

  3. The User consents to storing or accessing cookies by the Administrator on his device by using the installed browser settings installed on the User’s device.

  4. The user may opt out of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in the website browser he or she uses. In such a situation, the User’s use of the Website may be difficult (e.g. the website may work slower).

  5. The User may delete existing cookies from the device by using the appropriate functions of the web browser, programs used for this purpose or by using appropriate tools available within the operating system used by the User.

  6. Using the Website involves sending queries to the server on which the Website is stored. Each such query is saved in the server logs. The logs include, among others: the User’s IP address, date and time of logging in to the server, information about the web browser and operating system used.

  7. The data stored in the server logs are not linked in any way to specific Users of the Website and are not used by the Administrator to identify the User. Server logs are used to administer the Website, and their contents are not disclosed to anyone other than persons authorized to administer the server.

Purpose of data use

  1. We use personal data for recruitment purposes, i.e. in the process of searching for suitable candidates to recommend to our clients. In each case, we make sure that the scope of data processed is limited to the necessary minimum and adequate to the purpose pursued.

  2. We search the candidate database and analyze their profiles in order to find suitable candidates for the positions for which we recruit for our clients. We also use personal data of candidates or suppliers for administrative purposes, e.g. preparing specifications for the recruitment services provided, issuing VAT invoices, etc.

  3. We contact candidates in matters related to the provision of our services: we inform them about interesting job offers, ask them to provide further information about themselves, and, subject to consent, we provide candidates’ data to clients.

  4. We process personal data based on consent to the processing of personal data granted in the system or in the form of a written declaration.

  5. We do not make automated decisions with respect to personal data.

  6. The data storage period depends on whether we have provided the candidate with a recruitment service. Personal data will not be stored for a period longer than required by law or provided for in the internal regulations of Znajdepracownika. Information about the candidate (name and surname, contact details, professional experience, education, data on contacts with us, etc.) is available in our database for a maximum of 3 years from the date of their entry into the database.

  7. A candidate who does not want his or her data to be stored in the database may contact us and submit a request to have it deleted, providing his or her name and surname and other data (e.g. telephone number, e-mail address or date of birth) allowing us to identify his data in the database.

Final Provisions

  1. Changes may occur in this document, which may be influenced by the development of Internet technology, changes in the law on the protection of personal data and the development of our Website. Any changes will be communicated to Users immediately in a visible and understandable way.
