Your responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of promotional and trade marketing plans for the group of products in all distribution channels (Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, Horeca)
- Cooperation with international brands owners concerning short and long-term promotional strategy and sales plans
- Evaluation of promotional activities
- Close cooperation with the sales team focused on supporting the implementation of sales plans and promotions including trade visits
- Production and management of POS materials
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, market trends and competitor’s activities.
Our requirements:
- Min. 2 years of experience in Brand or Trade Marketing in FMCG (development of promotional and/or trade marketing plans, budget control & management)
- Experience in analysis of research data as retail audit and brand health tracker
- Good understanding of marketing tools and techniques
- Skills in managing multiple projects under time pressure
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both Polish and English
- Determination in achieving set goals
- Excellent organization of work, self-reliance, creativity and sense of duty
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent English.
